Happy with the services that is provided by Homeone. They came down to diagnose the issue and give a very detail report on what is the issue with my gas heater. Diagnose the gas heater today and replace it on the next day. Suprise they are so fast. The team (Sharif and Faisal) did a good job in doing the installation of the Gas Heater. Took 3 hours and everything is done.

Engaged Homeone to check and replace my faulty gas heater improperly installed by the agent for Rinnai. These two technicians on site installing and dismantling everything properly. If I recall correctly their names Rubel and Singh, did ever task meticulously. Ensuring everything was correct before moving on to the next step. Both Rubel and Singh worked non stop to get my gas heater installed. They kept the work area very clean and also made sure that all taps in the house had hot water once done. They also checked that the stove was working as they had to turn off the gas supply. I was surprised at the availability of the installation slot which was the next day from contacting Homeone. Eng patiently chatted with me on WhatsApp to explain the requirements and what to expect. Definitely one of my better experiences engaging a gas and plumber online!

Professional service from Homeone. I was looking for an urgent replacement of my gas water heater and enquired from some companies. Mr Eng responded almost immediately and gave me good advice. Younus and Hedayth came the following day to complete the job. Job was well done with good service and workmanship. All areas were even cleaned up. Though not the cheapest in the market, it was value for money.

I watched the Talking Point episode on water heater, and decided to reach out to Homeone for help when both my instant water heaters became faulty. I sent in a WhatsApp message to outline my problems, and Mr. Eng replied almost immediately to arrange for a site assessment. Two days later, Mr. Saravanan and Mr. Baskar came over to our place and gave us a thorough assessment and clear advise on the action plan. They took photo and video of the situation and reported everything back to HQ. Thereafter, Mr. Eng followed up with the proposed solution and pricing. It is noteworthy that the whole sales process was smooth, fast, and clear, without any hard selling and up selling. The team proposed the most appropriate solution based on our situation. After discussing a suitable date, their team lead Mr. Miah Rubel dropped by our place and replaced our two electric instant heaters with a water tank, helped repair a faulty gang switch in the wall, and also rectified a plumbing issue with our water tap. He worked alone from about 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm to get everything done. After installation, he even went the extra mile to help wash our bathroom floor to clean up the dirt, and also tested everything to make sure they are all in order before calling it a day. Mr. Miah’s professionalism and dedication ought to be commended! The whole process was hassle free, quoted price was really reasonable, with non-gimmicky, top notch service. We would give more than 5 stars if Google allowed. Now we know who to go to for our home plumbing and electrical works, and we will readily recommend Homeone to all our friends and family without doubt!

Firstly, Ms Judy Lee as the sales person is very prompt with her response when I contacted Homeone via WhatsApp. Her clear & detailed explanation gave me the confidence to get the water heater from them. Secondly, Technician Miah arrived early. Spent half the day dismantling my old heater and installing the new one with required & approved rework of the piping, cable, etc. He did a great job and the newly installed drain pipe is neat & clean! We were in need to replace the spoiled gas heater, we saw their company’s website and decided to pop by their office for a fast resolution.
